Making Solar Right Again

We negotiate resolutions to your solar problems but not all people have adequate grounds to resolve a solar issue they feel was unfair. And because of this, we do not take on every client. We resolve solar situations by using the very laws and tactics the solar companies may have violated to get results for our clients. To ensure the best success, we conduct a onboarding call before we accept anyone as a client. We hear your side of the story to determine if our process of negotiation could be successful and then, and only then, do you become our client.

Based on your onboarding call, we send all the information regarding your situation to a pre-selected Paralegal professional. The Paralegal will research and gather relevant information, to include case laws, state and federal statutes,  legal precedents, witness statements, and other research issues that the solar company or finance company may have violated. All collected information will be included in a full report to our office. (A copy of the report will also be sent via email to the client.

The research from the report shall be included in a "Demand Letter" to the solar or finance company on your behalf to begin the negotiant process to resolve our clients concerns satisfactorily. These companies usually do their best to stay out of the court system and success is possible in resolving the clients concerns... but not all of them. USA Home Pro Services LLC is not a legal service, and we cannot represent anyone in a civil court matter.  But we will find and recommend an attorney to you, and the report we delivered to you via email will contain information the lawyer will use to aid in the success of your case. Saving you thousands of dollars in legal fee's. 

We do not hide our fee's from our clients. The complete investment for our services is $1,995 and includes:

1. Information gathering

2. Paralegal Research and full report on findings.

3. Demand letter based on the information provided by the Paralegal report.

4. One on one negotiation with the solar or finance company to resolve your issue.

5. If negotiation fails, and you do not want to proceed Pro Se in a civil action, we will recommend and attorney to you.

(We offer a complete refund of our fee if the Paralegal report does not discover any potential violations of the law by the solar or finance company)
