The Paralegal will research and gather relevant information, to include case laws, state and federal statutes,  legal precedents, witness statements, and other research issues that the contracting company or finance company may have violated. All collected information will be included in a full report to our office. (A copy of the report will also be sent via email to the client. 

 The research from the report shall be included in a "Demand Letter" to the contractor or finance company on your behalf to begin the negotiant process to resolve our clients concerns satisfactorily. Using the ammunition of possible state, local, and federal violations that these companies used to get you to hire them is crucial. These companies usually do their best to stay out of the court system and success is possible in resolving the clients concerns... but not all of them. USA Home Pro Services LLC is not a legal service, and we cannot represent anyone in a civil court matter.  But we have over 90 nationwide attorneys available and we will find and recommend an attorney to you, The report we delivered to you via email will contain information the lawyer will use to aid in the success of your case.
